Microhoo deal finalized, expected to close in early 2010

Late last week, Microsoft and Yahoo announced that they had put the finishing touches on the 10-year partnership they announced in July 2009 that would have Microsoft leading the duo's search efforts and Yahoo leading the advertising team.
